  • Agreement

  • I understand that I am purchasing a CSA Half Share for $450 or Full Share for $850 from 63rd St. Farm for the 2018 Season. Farm fresh veggies will be available for pick-up (or delivery for corporate clients), from the first Thursday in June to November, for the duration of 23 weeks. The last 3 pick ups alternate weeks, bringing you to Monday before Thanksgiving. This CSA includes vegetables only.
  • I understand I am paying 63rd St. Farm, LLC to grow my vegetables organically and that some of my vegetables may be blemished due to insect pressure. I'm also aware crop failures may occur. I would prefer 63rd St. Farm not to spray pesticides or herbicides excepting those organically certified only as last resort. I also prefer that 63rd St. Farm NOT wash my vegetables in a 10:1 water and bleach, as stated by the USDA for mandatory standards of washing.
  • If I am to purchase a Turkey, Chicken and/or Pork from 63rd St. Farm, LLC. I ask that the farm raises the animals organically on grain and pasture. I also, want them to be harvested and processed humanely on the farm, using the best sanitation practices.
  • If I am unable to make a pick-up date, of my weekly veggies, I will inform the farm 2 days in advance or I will send someone in my place to pick them up. Otherwise I must forfeit my weeks worth of veggies.

No food goes to waste at our farm! We partner with Boulder’s Bridge House, donating any extra food to those in need.
  • I will NOT bring any pets to the CSA pick up at the farm as dogs can do a lot of damage to the crops (as seen in the past) and the farm's dogs are very protective.
  • I will keep an eye on my child and myself as we (I) walk about the farm and play at our own risk. 63rd St. Farm will not be liable for any injuries we (I) incur while being on the farm.
  • I understand this is a NONREFUNDABLE CSA program.
